Lake Placid Lodge is exactly what a vacation property should be. Everything was exactly as promised. The Check-in desk called me in advance and emailed everything I needed to check in. Lots of parking with luggage carts available in the elevator lobby. We really liked and enjoyed the bathrobes, such a nice touch. Thank you! The room had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and extra towels. I would like to book this property for next year. I cannot say enough good things about it. Excellent Hot tub and pool.

Lake Placid Lodge

A great place to stay when you visit Whistler. Travelling with my son and his partner meant that we wanted a two-bedroom apartment so that we could spend time together and not have two separate hotel rooms. But we still wanted somewhere that was close to the action in Whistler Village. We also wanted the option of being able to cook meals if we wanted to. Lake Placid Lodge gave us a great location near the centre of the Village, a good-sized room and all the facilities that we needed. It was clean and tidy and warm and quickly became our home away from home. Using the underground garage made it easy to get in and out of Whistler. And it had a gas log fire too, which made it really cozy. The supermarket and all the shops were conveniently close.

Lots of cute little shops around and grocery stores. Great little pool. Such a wonderful location for families. The room was clean and fully equipped making it easy to make a home-cooked meal. Loved that. I loved the free parking, such a money-saving.

It was a warm and cozy apartment. Nice fire place and great beds. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Apartment is close by ski lift and across the street is a small shopping street for groceries and ski rental.

The place is amazing. Located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature and yet very close to the Village. Bus #5 stops at the door. Short walk to the slopes through forrest trails. I went as solo traveler. It’s a huge house (fits 8 very comfortably). I decided to stay there as the deal (last minute - week days) was cheaper than the pod hotel for one person.

Loved the location, within few steps to local market, liquor store and variety of different dining options. The studio was modern and clean with a panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony, perfect for a morning coffee. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make all meals, especially handy if you are traveling with kids.
